Due to the size and weight of our garden ornaments, shipping costs can vary depending on your location and the number of items in your order.
- Base shipping price: Shipping rates are viewable at checkout. We offer subsidised shipping rates across our range of fountains and ornaments. The amount shown at checkout represents the base rate—in many cases, this will be sufficient. However, for larger or multiple-item orders, additional charges may apply.
- Additional shipping charges: If the base rate does not fully cover the cost of delivery to your location, we will be in touch to discuss any additional shipping requirements before your order is processed. You're also welcome to contact us prior to placing an order if you'd like a custom shipping quote.
- Shipping timeframes: All items are shipped directly from our manufacturer in Portugal. As each piece is made to order and transported internationally, please allow a minimum of 60 days for delivery. Once your item has arrived in Australia, you’ll receive further delivery information and updates regarding the final delivery to your address.

European Garden Masters is predominately an online retailer. We do have a small sample of products available in our showroom that is available by appointment only (Victoria based only).
Most of our products travel straight from the manufacturer to our customers, ensuring we are not hindered by significant costs associated with a traditional retail outlet, which means we can offer you substantial savings on the most extensive range of water features and garden ornaments in Australia.We accept various payment methods, including Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Pay-in-4 instalment options, including Afterpay & PayPal PayIn4, are also supported.We keep a close eye on our inventory, and in the rare instance that your order is not in stock, we provide the option of pre-order. We will contact you as soon as the product is available.
Please let us know ASAP. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it. If it has shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns of your order.

Once your item has arrived in Australia, you’ll receive additional delivery information and updates regarding final delivery to your address.
If no one is present at delivery, we'll transfer your order to a nearby depot and leave a card with instructions for you for collection. To avoid the inconvenience of having to visit the depot and any potential re-delivery fees, we recommend you state "Authority To Leave" in the checkout comment box.
Please note that if you provide Authority To Leave, European Garden Masters will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it's dropped off.Our couriers use a pallet jack to wheel the pallets. Due to courier OH&S policy, drivers will deliver the pallets to the front of your premises only (or the nearest accessible point). Please plan ahead to move the pallet inside your premises as well as installation.
There needs to be flat surface for them to wheel the pallet. If there are obstructed pathways including steps, the driver may be forced to leave the pallet on the nature's strip. Please ensure your gate is at least 1.2m wide for the pallet to enter.
The courier driver may try to enter up a ramp/driveway. If deemed unsafe they may be forced to leave the pallet at the nearest accessible point, which may be on the nature's strip. Please ensure you plan ahead in light of this.
As part of OH&S regulations, couriers can only move your order near your front door and side gate. They are not permitted to move it beyond these points. Please plan with your private contractor to move your item inside your house.Please inspect your order when it arrives and look out for any damages or missing items. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 5 calendar days. Failing to do so will void our insurance and warranty terms & conditions.
Please take photos of the damaged item/s and a brief email describing the damage. Once we receive your required details, we will liaise directly with our supplier(s) to resolve the issue ASAP to minimise inconvenience.
Damaged/faulty goods will be replaced at no charge.
